Who is responsible
Casa das Seringueiras, registered under CNPJ 09.590.891/0001-58, at Rua da Praia, 145, Alter do Chão, Santarém, PA, is the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect
Anonymous usage counts. We record page visits and clicks on WhatsApp buttons to understand which pages and suites draw interest. These records contain no IP address, no cookie and no identifier — they cannot be traced back to you, and they are kept whether or not you accept cookies.
Third-party cookies, only with your consent. If you accept, we load Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel. These tools set cookies and may identify your device to measure advertising results. Nothing loads before you accept.
What you send us. When you click a WhatsApp button, the conversation happens on WhatsApp, under Meta's own terms. Whatever you write there — name, dates, phone number — reaches us as part of your booking enquiry.
Why we use it
To operate and improve the site, understand which content is useful, answer booking enquiries and, when you consent, measure advertising campaigns.
Legal basis
Anonymous counts do not identify anyone and fall outside the scope of personal data. Booking enquiries rely on your request and on the steps leading to a contract. Advertising cookies rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting) and, subject to your consent, Google and Meta.
International transfer
Our database and files are hosted on servers in the United States. Advertising providers also process data outside Brazil. This transfer is necessary for the site to work and follows the safeguards these providers offer.
How long we keep it
Usage counts are kept for up to 12 months. Content you publish stays as long as it is on the site. Third-party cookies follow each provider's own retention.
Your rights
Brazilian data protection law gives you the right to confirm processing, access, correct, anonymise, delete, request portability of your data, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us through our WhatsApp.
Cookies
You choose whether to accept when you first visit. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the choice will be asked again.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access control by role and providers with recognised security practices. No system is completely immune, but we work to reduce risk.
